Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, following the passage of Amendment 3 to restore abortion rights to Missouri.
The lawsuit asks that the court set a schedule that allows Planned Parenthood to start providing surgical and medical abortions on December 5th of this year. That would include restoring abortion services to Planned Parenthood operations across the state.
