A former Greene County sheriff’s deputy has been charged with second-degree felony assault and misdemeanor sexual abuse following a fight outside Dublin’s Pass nightclub in downtown Springfield last November.
Court records say a man told police he saw Kevin Baker place his hand down a female victim’s shirt. When the man confronted Baker about the alleged inappropriate touching, Baker reportedly punched him in the face.
Baker told police he met the pair at Wingapalooza and the group later decided to go to Billiards. He said he does not remember how they ended up at Dublin’s Pass because of the amount of alcohol he had consumed.
