A woman from Kansas City is dead after a crash on Highway 13 near Osceola.
The Highway Patrol says a crossover S-U-V collided with a large pickup truck.
Both were headed north on Highway 13.
The 66-year-old woman died at the scene.
Two other women from the Kansas City area in the car are hospitalized with serious injuries.
