The Webster County Sheriff’s Department says they have captured a fugitive that was the subject of a manhunt Wednesday afternoon.
Bradley Southard was wanted on warrants for vehicle theft, burglary and probation violations.
Law enforcement pursued him on I-44 until he stopped his car and ran into a wooded area.
A Highway Patrol helicopter was brought in to search for Southard.
The manhunt was called off at sunset.
