Charges Filed in Tuesday’s High-Speed Chase

A man is facing charges for leading law enforcement on a high speed chase through two counties and damaged their patrol cars.

Greene County prosecutors have charged 39 year old Greggory Erwin with resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.

The chase involved Republic Police, Greene County and Webster County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Irwin reached a speed of 100 MPH at one point.

He was finally stopped at the 107 mile marker on I-44.
