A man who was struck by a car in the parking lot of a bar Tuesday night has died.
Springfield Police have identified the man as 86-year-old Jerry Wickware of Springfield.
Police say a driver was backing out of a parking place at Dive Bar and Lounge on Division Street when they hit Wickware, who became pinned under the vehicle.
Firefighters freed him and he was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries Thursday.
