Ozark School District Promotes Interim Superintendent Lori Wilson to Full-Time Role

After spending half the school year as interim superintendent, Dr. Lori Wilson will now serve in a permanent capacity.

Officials say she was chosen unanimously during a closed-door session on Wednesday.

Wilson got her start in administration at Ozark in 2009 as the assistant principal at the high school.

She later worked as the principal of Nixa Junior High, Aurora assistant superintendent and superintendent for the West Plains School District.

She will be officially named superintendent on July 1, 2024.
