Timothy Norton is currently facing charges in the kidnapping and murder of Cassidy Rainwater, but investigators may have more charges to file against the 56-year-old.
Authorities were continuing their investigation into Norton, and found a file of child porn at his home. According to reports, the file was “violent in nature”.
Norton is on trial along with James Phelps, 58, in the death of Rainwater.
A motion was filed on Tuesday for a protective order to be put in place on the evidence against both men, and was granted.
Norton is scheduled for arraignment on February 22.
