A teacher in Dallas county has been arrested on a sex crime charge.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jonathan Whatley while he was at Dallas County R-1 High School on a warrant out of McDowell County, West Virginia.
He is charged with distribution or possession of materials involving minors in sexually explicit conduct.
Whatley is currently held in the Dallas County Jail without bond.
