Police are investigating a man’s death in north Springfield.
Officers found the victim suffering from a medical emergency when they responded to a disturbance call Sunday afternoon on Kansas Expressway near High.
Authorities say the man had been involved in a fight with another person, but they say the medical emergency didn’t match up with any signs of an assault.
The victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Police are questioning a person of interest.
