The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office revealed new information about a body found by MoDOT mowers in a ditch near Winona on U.S. 60.
Sheriff Darren Brawley says the body is a woman, at least 55-years-old, with no visible signs of trama.
Investigators have not identified the woman.
An autopsy will be conducted in Christian County.
