Parson Doubles Down on Death Sentence for 2004 Quadruple Homicide

Governor Parson says the State of Missouri will carry out the death sentence of Leonard Taylor tonight at the state prison in Bonne Terre.

Taylor murdered his girlfriend, Angela Row, and her three children in St. Louis in 2004.

Parson says despite his “Self-serving claim of innocence,” the facts of Taylor’s guilt in this gruesome quadruple homicide remain.

The governor says the state will carry out the sentence according to the court’s order and “deliver justice for the four innocent lives he stole.”
