UPDATE: MoDOT says as of just after 7:30 a.m., southbound traffic is open again near Highway F, where crews have been working a bad crash.
Original Story: A crash early Monday morning has shut down southbound traffic on Highway 65 just past the Highway F exit in Ozark.
Authorities say both the left and right lanes are closed, with southbound 65 shut down at the 36.0 mile marker.
Traffic has been backed up about a mile.
Drivers are being detoured off of 65 at the Highway F/South Street exit.
Earlier Monday morning, northbound traffic was blocked by emergency vehicles in the same area, but those lanes have since re-opened.
No information has been released on the circumstances of the crash.
