A Jackson County judge upheld the constitutionality of Missouri’s congressional district maps redrawn in 2025.
The judge ruled that the redrawn maps did not violate the Missouri constitution.
The lawsuit questioned the General Assembly’s authority to redraw maps during a 10-year census cycle, which is currently under review by the Missouri Supreme Court.
