A man is jailed after admitting to a sexual assault over the weekend.
Springfield Police responded to a juvenile girl reporting that 49-year-old Brock Woodfin of Springfield allegedly touched her inappropriately and choked her to stop her from crying.
Investigators found Woodfin sent her messages telling her not to report the incident or he would go to prison.
During a police interview, Woodfin admitted that what he did was “inappropriate.”
