A man is facing burglary charges after breaking into a woman’s home.
Springfield Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress Tuesday morning.
A woman said an unknown man with a crowbar and sledgehammer was in her home.
Police later arrested James Rankin of Springfield.
He is charged with second-degree burglary.
