Fire destroyed a house in north Springfield early Wednesday morning.
When firefighters arrived at the house in the 900 block of North Main Avenue, it was fully engulfed in flames and most of it had collapsed.
Neighbors say they don’t believe anyone was living in the house.
Fire department officials say it wasn’t the first time firefighters had been called to that address.
No one was injured in the fire and no other buildings were significantly damaged.
