A man from Springfield is safe after an endangered SILVER advisory was issued following his disappearance.
Highway Patrol Troopers say 75-year-old Joseph Arthur went missing from a motel at around 10:00pm Wednesday.
Arthur is diagnosed with multiple health problems, including heart and lung conditions, high blood pressure, and dementia.
Authorities did not say where he was found.
