Bolivar Police need the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered woman.
Police say Tiffany Ritchie of Noel was last seen at the Bolivar Casey’s General Store on Tuesday.
Ritchie has blue eyes and blonde hair. She is 5 foot 2 and weighs 110 pounds.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey Kansas City Chiefs T-shirt.
She has physical and mental disabilities.
