Local Charity Excited To Do More With Increased Income Limits

The Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACOAC) says it will be able to help more families than ever before now that income limits have been raised.

Rental assistance, help with utilities, classes, and other benefits were limited to families making $25,550 or less per year. Missouri has now raised that limit to $40,880.

Bridgette Allen with OACOAC says the state finally raised that limit after encouragement from OACOAC and other community action groups
