Utility crews in Springfield are working to restore power to over a hundred residents in northwest Springfield after a car crash knocked down power lines.
Authorities say the crash happened Monday morning at the intersection of Kansas Expressway and Atlantic Street.
Just over 100 City Utilities customers have reportedly been without power since the crash.
CU crews have been working for several hours to restore power to residents, and are hopeful they will get the power back on by 11:45am.
