A trial has been set for a Texas County man who shot at a family riding in a buggy in 2021.
Chadwin Wade of Licking is scheduled to appear in court on charges of armed criminal action and assault in August.
A probable cause statement says Wade fired a scoped rifle at the man and his family, because he believed they were trying to kill him.
