Four people are now facing charges after Fentanyl, Methamphetamine other drug paraphernalia were found in a West Plains hotel room.
Daniel Alderliestien, Julie Nickels, Amy Smith, and Heather Stouffer are each charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police searched the room.
Each person is currently being held in Howell County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
