A woman is dead following a head-on car crash in St. Clair County.
Investigators say 23-year-old Remi Johnson was driving southbound on Route H when a car on the northbound side of the roadway hit her head on.
Johnson, a Rockville native, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, a 16-year-old, was hospitalized with serious injuries, as was a 16-year-old passenger.
