A new report says feral hogs are a problem in 38 counties in Missouri.
The Department of Conservation has removed more than 50 thousand feral hogs from the state since 2016, but tens of thousands remain, especially in counties South of Interstate 44.
Conservation officials say the hogs are capable of killing smaller animals, dmaging land, contaminating water and spreading diseases.
