Springfield City Council will hear a request to approve a development called Kay Pointe Place at tonight’s city council meeting.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plan in October.
The proposed development is at 901 South West Bypass and Kay Pointe Boulevard.
The developer, Carleton Resources, wants to make 35 residential and 2 commercial lots from the 30 acres at the location.
