A Greene County judge has denied a man a motion for a new trial.
Attorneys asked Greene County Judge David Jones to set aside Nicholas Godejohn’s 2018 murder conviction based on poor representation.
Last week, Judge Jones denied Godejohn’s a motion for a new trial.
Nicholas Godejohn was convicted of first-degree murder for stabbing Dee Dee Blanchard in 2015 and is serving life in prison without parole.
