A man from Stockton is dead after his pickup rolled into Stockton lake.
Highway Patrol troopers say Caleb Mantonya was at the Highpoint Point ramp access near Aldrich when his truck rolled into the water and was submerged.
Troopers say Mantonya was not wearing a safety device.
