Former State Senator and candidate for Congress in Missouri’s 7th Congressional district Jay Wasson has dropped out of a debate hosted by KWTO, citing concerns with the format and a scheduling conflict.
The debate will be aired live Wednesday night from 6-8 p.m. on 93.3 FM and 560 AM KWTO, and will be moderated by Former Missouri Speakers of the House Tim Jones and Elijah Haahr.
The other seven candidates on the ballot invited to attend are: Senator Eric Burlison, Alex Bryant, Camille Lombardi-Olive, Audrey Richards, Senator Mike Moon, Dr. Sam Alexander, and Colonel Paul Walker.
