A former University of Missouri student and his family are suing a fraternity at the university.
Danny Santulli’s family says a hazing incident last Fall left him unable to walk, talk, and see. The lawsuit alleges that Santulli was forced to drink a large amount of alcohol at an event at Phi Gamma Delta house last October and became unresponsive.
No charges have been filed in the incident, but the fraternity was kicked off campus and the fraternity house was closed.
