Springfield Police are looking for the driver of a silver SUV who hit and killed a pedestrian early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Kansas Expressway and Division.
Officers say the victim had stopped in one of the northbound lanes while he was walking home around 5:30 a.m.
Police say the driver hit the man and continued traveling down west Division.
Investigators say there may be some damage to the front of the SUV.
