Joplin residents lined Main Street to pay their respects to a fallen police officer.
Corporal Ben Cooper was shot in the line of duty by a suspect.
The funeral was held on the Missouri Southern State University campus.
It was followed by flyover and three volley salute, then a procession through the streets of Joplin.
Corpora; Cooper joined the Joplin Police Force in 2003.
