From workforce development to affordable housing, quality of life, improving sports facilities to using American Rescue Plan Act funds for transformative projects,11 CEO’s from Springfield and Greene County weighed in on key issues affecting our community during Zimmer Radio Group’s third CEO Roundtable Thursday in Springfield.
Concerns were expressed about increasing the participation rate, which is the number of people available to participate in the workforce.
Several of our CEO’s agreed we need to make investments today in the way we spend and build now, that will resonate in the future.
Over the coming weeks and months, the feedback and discussion from our CEO Roundtables will help guide our programming topics on our local news and talk programs on KWTO.
