A man charged in a fatal shooting outside a bar on the Bagnell Dam Strip has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges.
Tonka Ponder is charged in the death of Blaine Curley on July 15, 2021.
Police say surveillance video shows that Ponder was involved in a fight between rival motorcycle clubs when gunfire was exchanged.
Ponder drew his gun and shot a man who had his hands in the air.
