Greene County Prosecutors filed charges against a second man involved in a shooting at a convenience store on Kearney in August.
24 year old Cody Westmoreland faces charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, and felony robbery in the death of 49 year old Jason Masters of Springfield.
22 year old Garrett Eagle also faces second degree murder charges.
