A man has been arrested for firing a shot from a vehicle in a neighborhood in Buffalo.
24 year old Joseph Britton of Buffalo faces a felony unlawful use of a weapon charge after he fired a gun from a vehicle at South Locust and West Dallas Street.
Officers identified the vehicle’s description from an earlier report of a drive-by shooting in the county.
A judge set Britton’s bond at $250-thousand dollars.
