If you wish to delete your account in the app, please follow the instructions below. These steps will guide you through the process on mobile devices. Additionally, instructions for contacting support are provided.

Deleting Your Account

For iPhone Users

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
  2. On Home Screen tap the gear icon that appears at the top.
  3. Tap “Manage Account” and then select “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

  5. To continue the deletion process, you will be required to sign in using any of the options through which the account was created (e.g., Apple, Google, email).
