An Arkansas man is dead after a crash on Highway 63 near Houston in Texas County.
The Highway Patrol says a vehicle, driven by 83 year-old Hermann Richter of Mountain Home, Arkansas, ran off the road and down a steep embankment.
He was thrown from the vehicle.
Richter died from his injuries after being taken by ambulance to a near-by hospital.
