Two men have been arrested and are in jail after an armed robbery in Springfield. It happened Sunday afternoon on the lot of Smoke Science, a tobacco shop on East Grand.
The two suspects approached a man and tried to take his two bicycles. The victim attempted to confront one of the suspects, and the other suspect proceeded to pull a gun. The victim then handed the suspects his wallet, and they took off.
Police located the two suspects near Glenstone and Bennet. They are being held in jail pending first degree robbery charges.
