A woman was shot in the arm at a duplex in Springfield Monday night. Police say several bullets hit the duplex in the 1600 block of East Kerr.
Police believe there were two shooters and that the victim was targeted. There’s no description of the shooters, but police say a white vehicle was seen driving from the scene.
