A restaurant in Springfield is looking to repair damage after a nearby storage building caught fire.
Officials say the building, located behind the Beef-a-Roo on Kansas and Kearney, caught fire just before 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
The flames burned up one side of the building, causing what firefighters call “extensive damage”.
Crews were able to contain the flames. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
