The Missouri Republican Party and the “Her Health, Her Future” campaign are convening a group of women leaders in Springfield Friday to advocate for the new Amendment 3, which would ban most abortions.

The amendment will appear on the statewide ballot in November.

The event will include a briefing and public event focused on protecting women’s safety.

Speakers will include female physicians, elected leaders, and abortion survivors.
