Greene County Clerk Shane Schoeller is implementing new technology to aid blind and visually impaired residents at the Clerk’s Office through a partnership with NaviLens and Mary’s Braille International.
By utilizing the free NaviLens app, users can receive audio information by pointing their smartphones at these codes.
The technology has been previously been applied in various locations including Springfield.
