A man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for a fatal shooting in the Ozarks.
Court documents show Ashton Beyer from Lebanon pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of David Arbogast III from Phillipsburg.
Arbogast was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds at his home on Birch Road last June.
