A former Blue Eye pastor has been indicted by an Oklahoma grand jury on charges of first-degree rape and lewd acts involving a child under 16.
68-year-old Joseph Campbell was arrested by US Marshals in Elkland and is currently held without bond in Greene County Jail.
The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office says the crimes allegedly occurred in 1984 while he was the youth pastor at Eastland Assembly of God Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
