The Skyline school was on lockdown Wednesday while Douglas County authorities searched for a man who left the scene of an accident on Highway C in Norwood.
The Douglas County Sheriff Chris Degasse says 38-year-old Bryan Arnold of Lebanon is charged with leaving the scene, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of an illegal weapon.
Arnold allegedly ran when first-responders arrived on the scene.
Arnold allegedly had a warrant from Arkansas.
A woman was also arrested at the scene.
