A man from Pulaski County is facing involuntary manslaughter and other charges after causing a deadly crash in Richland, MO in April.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports that William Sivell II was driving on Highway 133 north of Richland when he passed a vehicle in a no-passing zone.
Sivell crashed into a vehicle in the opposite lane, which hit another vehicle and sent both cars off the road.
One vehicle hit several trees, killing the driver, while the other vehicle hit a tree and ran into a fence. The second driver and Sivell were uninjured.
A warrant has been issued for Sivell’s arrest.
