A plea and sentencing date have been set for a woman charged in a fatal car crash in 2021.
Marjorie Dewitt of Ozark will appear before a judge on July 22.
Dewitt is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, and tampering with evidence in a fatal crash that claimed the life of Mercedes Luna near Rogersville.
