A grand jury has indicted a man for a Springfield cold case from the 80s.
A Greene County grand jury indicted Paul Bowles (pictured) on charges of second-degree murder, rape and sodomy in the death of Jennifer Williams in 1989.
Bowles was in the Fulton State Hospital at the time of his arrest.
