The city of Springfield is giving a peak at what construction will look like for the historic Jefferson Avenue Footbridge.
The preview is Thursday morning from 10-11am at the C-Street Market Pavilion.
You’ll be able to meet the project team, learn what to expect from the upcoming rehabilitation of the bridge and ask questions.
The project, which comes with a price tag of $10.8 million, is expected to begin this spring and be finished in early 2026.
